Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Standard Booking Cancellations
For hourly errands, document runs, and chauffeur trips:
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled start: full refund minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled start: 50% refund of the total booking value.
- Less than 12 hours before the scheduled start or no-show: no refund.
How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to platinumerrand@outlook.com. Please include your booking reference, name, and scheduled date and time. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Force Majeure
If we are unable to complete your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, road closures, or vehicle breakdown), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
