Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before booking an errand with Platinum Errand.

1. Bookings and Quotes

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full. Quotes are valid for 7 days.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be requested in writing by email to platinumerrand@outlook.com.

• More than 24 hours before the scheduled start: full refund minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.
• Between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled start: 50% refund of the total booking value.
• Less than 12 hours before the scheduled start or no-show: no refund.

3. Our Responsibilities

We will carry out errands with reasonable care and skill. We are insured for goods in transit up to Custom Quote. Items of higher value must be declared in advance.

4. Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate addresses, instructions, and contact details. You are responsible for ensuring that any items we collect or deliver are legal and safe to transport.
